EVALUASI PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN TERMINAL TIPE C DI KECAMATAN KARANGKOBAR KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA

Karangkobar Terminal, which is located in Karangkobar Sub-district,
Banjarnegara Distrik, functions as a Type C Passenger Terminal and as a point
of change for public passenger transportation modes for community mobility in
the southern area of Banjarnegara with a land area of ± 6,698 m². This study
analyzes the terminal circulation pattern, the terminal condition with reference to
the standard type C terminal, calculating the terminal capacity. The method
begins with an initial survey to see directly about the terminal, the condition of
the existing terminal facilities and a direct survey of public transport and
passengers. Then perform data analysis and formulation of design concepts as
material for proposals in the framework of Karangkobar Terminal Development
Planning. The analysis results show that the condition of the facility is not yet
available as a type C terminal and the occurrence of cross circulation between
passengers and public and private transport. The terminal development plan
focuses on accessibility and circulation within the Karangkobar Terminal and the
layout of the terminal building. The required land area for the design of 2,740 m²
with a land area of ± 6,698 m² after the relocation is sufficient for the
construction of Karangkobar Terminal and still has a reserve area of 3,958 m² for
future development needs.
