IDENTIFIKASI PERUBAHAN FUNGSI LAHAN PERTANIAN MENJADI NON PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN BANTUL.

The Research on title “identification of conversion land use from agriculture to nonagriculture in District of Bantul” was done from moon August Until Nov 2013, The Research was aimed to identify conversion patterns of agricultural land use in District of Bantul. This Research used survey method. The Data were collected by observation, questionnaire, Interview and secondary data. This Research was located in Bantul District, three sub-district was chosen as sample, and there are Banguntapan, Sedayu and Dlingo. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive method. Banguntapan sub-district have highest conversion rate of agricultural land use, and Dlingo Sub-district have lowest conversion rate of agricultural land use.The development of agricultural land conversion into non-agricultural land in Bantul is very alarming. The result show that many factor can cause high level of Agricultural land use conversion, there are strategic location area, increasing the amount of population, immigration, and the type of society profession.Based on the society perspective, a part of the society which conducting the land’s conversion it was caused by the housing needs and business premises.In other hand the people who do not converting their land, argue that they doesn’t have desire to conduct the conversion, and because Bantul District have Regulation which prohibited the land conversion in some agriculture area
