This research aims to know the factors that influencing the production of organic rice, the efficiency of the use of production factors in organic rice farming, the amount of profit and at high risk in organic rice farming. The research was conducted in the village of Wijirejo Pandak Bantul by purposive. Respondents taken is all organic rice farmers who are members of Gapoktan “Mitra Usaha Tani” in the village of Wijirejo, a number of 33 farmers were taken as the primary data. The sample of respondents conducted in the census of the population of farmers. Data obtained by using a questionnaire with the interview methods. Then the data were analyzed using a production function model of Cobb-Douglas.
