Abstract
This prototype uses ATMega 8535, TSOP 1738, and oscillator NE 555 and infrared. Infrared uses as transmitter and sensor TSOP 1738 uses as receiver and the data will continue it to microcontroller. Microcontroller will send tasks to buzzer and servos to close or open the crossbeam when the infrared light or sensor changed. This prototype is almost working properly. It shows when the train pass the railway and block the infrared light, the sensor will receive the information and send it to the microcontroller. The microcontroller also send tasks to the buzzer to make it ON state and the servos are ordered to close the door until the condition of the sensors are back to normal or the infrared light is not blocked anymore. So when the sensors condition is normal, the crossbeam will be in an open position
