PENGARUH TINGKAT RASIO KESELARASAN ANGGARAN BELANJA KESEHATAN, PDRB DAN SUMBERDAYA KESEHATAN TERHADAP OUTCOME BIDANG KESEHATAN

This research aimed to test the influence of level in ratio alignment the budget in health sector, PDRB and health resource on the health sector outcome which conducted on regency/city in the province of yogyakarta special region. The population used in this study is 5 regional goverment on regency/city in province DIY with years of observations 2007 up to 2012. The taking of sample in the study is done with purposive sampling. The number of samples used in the study as many as 30 that includes a health budget, PDRB Based on prevailing prices and the required data in the study. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with data processing of SPSS 17. This research result give the conclusion the ratio of the alignment the health budget, PDRB and the number of medical personnel not affect the level the infant mortality rate, to level the maternal mortality rate only variable the number of medical personnel which Influential against the level of maternal mortality rate and for the level of life expectancy only variable The amount the available bed in the hospital which effect on the level of life expectancy while ratio of the alignment the health budget, PDRB, the number of medical personnel and Jamkesmas membership Not affect the level of life expectancy
