Abstract

Most participants reported that this program is effective in terms of its activities and time allocation. Participants reported that they benefited from this program to prepare them to be professional teachers. Then, all participants reported that their teaching skill improved after joining the Teaching Practice Program. Teaching skills which were improved are making lesson plan, classroom management, and subject knowledge. However, participants reported that their ability to use technologies in teaching does not improve because participants are already familiar with technologies.
