Abstract

The research objective was to determine how the Suzuki Katana manual
transmission works, what happens to the Suzuki Katana manual transmission and
how to fix it. The method used in this research is the process of analysis and
trouble shooting by dismantling, checking and taking measurements at several
kmpnen. The results obtained in the process of this research are that it can
remove and reassemble all transmission components properly according to the
procedure and there are no problems with the Suzuki katana manual transmission
so that the transmission can operate properly before and after disassembly. The
conclusion obtained from the research is that there is no damage found and
knowing what steps are correct to check the Suzuki katana manual transmission.
