Abstract
The development of increasingly faster encourage people to study science and
technology more Offroad Speed. The history of Speed Offroad started in the 20th century
by the National Offroad Racing Association (NORRA) in North America. To support Speed
Offroad which has a large power and heavy loads required support systems appropriate
power transfer, one of which is the clutch system.
What is done in this research is to measure, test function and calibrate the
components of the Suzuki Katana SJ40 clutch system. The first step of this final project is
to disassemble, measure, test the function and calibrate the Suzuki Katana SJ4 car.
This final project produces measurements on clutch components such as Clutch
Cover Assembly measurement, Clutch Dics measurement, Flywheel Sub-Assembly
measurement and Paddy slip inspection. Troubleshooting analysis of clutch carried out on
pilot bearing components and bearing reales
