Abstract

he correct mission and vision of fund allocation of the administration village is based on Law No 6 of 2014. There are some steps that implemented by government such as observation of allocation of administration village directly, discussion with the villagers about some aspects that have to develop in the village, giving education on management of APBN and the role of communities such as discussion with the head of village and government to build the village, working system of allocation of the budget for development of the village controll and the alocation of budget. This research is a normative legal research that discusses the development of legislation on the village by using library research. It also involves the statute approach. The data uses secondary data, obtained from the literature materials, archive, and documents related to the problem and analyzed using qualitative and descriptive analysis. The Law No 6 of 2014 consists of the administration of the village and its budget such as original income of village, tax of village, retribution of the city or subdistric, part of central financial and area of district, it also involves the allocation of APBN, APBD province finance, APBD or subdistrict, financial volunteer and budget of regent. There are some important developments of legislation in the village in Indonesia. The development of the legislation on the village can be seen from some important changes in the Law No 6 of 2014
