PENATALAKSANAAN ASTHMA BRONKHIALE ATTACK DEWASA DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSU PKU MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA PERIODE 1 JANUARI 2003-31 JUNI 2003

Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the airway that involved various types of inflammatory cells, which caused bronchus hiperreactivity with various types of inflammatory cells. The effects of bronchus hiperreactivity appear symptoms that usually involved with the level of bronchus hipeneactivity and reversible airway obstruction spontaneously or with the treatment. The aim of this study is to know the treatment that usually done by the doctors to the asthma bronchial attack patients in Emergency Room of PKU Muhammadiyah General Hospital of Yogyakarta. This study was conducted in PKU Muhammadiyah General Hospital of Yogyakarta using descriptive method that done retrospectively using secondary data from the medical record. From the study, we can get 130 samples of patients. From the number known 55 patients take Aminophylin medication.
