Abstract

This research identifying the different among home-buyer satisfaction level. The variable used in this research are called Hombsat dimension, that contain design house and service. The Subject in this research is home buyer who lived in Pesona Merapi real-estate, and the object is Pesona Merapi real-estate Yogyakrta. This research replication from did research by Mu'tasimbillah (2005), the title is "Analisis Kepuasan Pembeli Rumah Dengan Metode HOMBSAT (Home Buyer Satisfaction) Pada Penunahan Nandan Griya Idaman Yogyakarta". The technics taking sampling using purposive sampling. The tool analize is Anova different test and Bonferroni test. The finding result of this research indicate different satisfaction between design with house, design with service. Between house with design, house with service. Between service with design, and service with house.
