Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine whether leadership style and organization culture influence job performance. The leadership style consist of instructive leadership style, consultative leadership style, partisipative leadership style, and delegative leadership style. The sample of this study consist of 85 employing in the Big Pos Office Indonesia of Yogyakarta, using survey methods. To examine the influence of instructive leadership style, consultative leadership style, partisipative leadership style, delegative leadership style, organization culture to the job performance, using Multiple Regression Analysis. The result indicated that the partisipative leadership style (P 0,256 > 0,05) and delegative leadership style (P 0,297 > 0,05), is unsignilicantly. But for the instructive leadership style (P 0,001 < 0.05), consultative leadership style (P 0,007 < 0,05), and organization culture (P 0.000 < 0,05) is significatly
