This watchfulness result has several implications to various side related to ppak from finding that got in this watchfulness, quality motivation variable, career motivation, economy motivation, achievement motivation, and social motivation according to significant influence accountancy student tmiversity interest to follow PPAk and there interest difference according to significant between country college accountancy student university and special province Yogyakarta private to follow PPAk, while PPAk be conducted as a mean to can increase quality a accountant that dominate and has skill ln the field of accountancy, get career better from previous, get somehody income enhanced at the (time) of work create sontebody accomplishment, and also get linkage value at sociery environment.
