Abstract
Production is a transformation or a change of production factor to become production goods, so that production covers each attempt that diretcly or indirectly produces goods and services more useful to fulfill people's needs. 1n other words, production is the fmal result of economic processes or activities by making any use of some inputs. ln this thesis, there were many variables that affected the production level of bakpia, that is, the amount of capital, raw materials, and number of workers. This research was aimed at analyzing the production level of bakpia in bakpia center Patok Ngampilan Yogyakarta. The data used in this research were the primary data by using analysis model of multiple Iinier regresion with Cobb-Douglass' fungction. Based on the counting of the production level of foods industry in bakpia center Patok Ngampilan Yogyakarta, there gained a result that the variables of the amount of capital, materials, the number of workers, significantly and positively influenced the prodution level of bakpia in bakpia center Patok Ngampilan Yogyakarta. The amount of raw materials was the most influential variable towards the productivity of workers.
