ANALISIS PENGARUH PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, PROFITABILITAS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PASAR PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The purpose of this study is to analyze thc effect of implementation of good corporate govemance, profitability, Gnn size of the Market Value of the Company. Independent variables in this study were of good corporatc govcmance, Profitability, Firm size and the dependent variable in this rcscarch are the Company Market Value Data uscd in this research is secondary data, the sample in this study is a company registered in BEI and entered into the Cotporate Govemancc Perception Index ranking yeas 2003-2007 some 73 companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis tool. Based on test results using a linear regression analysis showed that statistically only a variable return on aggets that have a significant effect. whereas partially idependen all variables jointly have a significant impact on the Company Market Value (Tobin's Q) the results arc in accordance with the hypothesis
