ANALISIS TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN, PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN BELANJA PEGAWAI DENGAN ADANYA OTONOMI DAERAH (STUDI EMPIRIS DI KAB/KOTA PROP. D.I.YOGYAKARTA)

This reserarch conducted to examine the irnpacts of financial perforrnance (independence and balance rasio), economic growth and regional original revenue with personnel expenditures which were testet using regression. The study was conducted by examining the differences of financial performance (independence and balance ratio), cconomic growth and regional original revenue with personnel expenditures before and after regional autonomy. Yogyakarta Special Province which consists of one city and four regencies were taken as the sample of research in 2001-2007. The results showed two findings. 1) The financial perfonnance (independence and balance ratio) had negative influence to the personal expenditures, economic growth did not influence the personnel expenditure and regional original revenue had positive inpacts to the personnel expenditures. 2) The financial performance (balance ratio), economic growth befor and after outonomy did not change. However, the financial peformance (independence ratio), regional original revenue and personnel expenditures did change.
