PROGRAM CSR UNILEVER UNTUK MEMBENTUK CITRA POSITIF DI HATI KHALAYAK (STUDI KASUS PROGRAM LIFEBUOY BERBAGI SEHAT)

This study is trying to artalize about interpersonal communicaton of nursemain with abandoned children in order to eager self confident of abandoned children in Yayasan Sayap Ibu, Pringwultmg Depok, Sleman. The awk-ward and unselfeonfident personalites of the abandoned children that tent to make them isolated from society become the background of this research. Living in thc orphanage without knowing who their parents are, may Cause this negative personalities. To support this research, I refer to interpersonal relationship by theory Jalaluin Rahmat that states the supportive bebaviour can bring the self confidence. In this case, the supponive behaviour of the nursemaid can encouge the self confideace for the abandoned children in orphanage. As the subject of this research. I choose three pairs of nursemaid and the abandoned child who live in the orphanage of Yayasan Sayap Ibu, Pringwulung Depok, Sleman. Who bave selfconfidence problem. This research aims to desetiptive qualitative method based on the comprehensive subject intervicw, object and citatrun observation. Therefor, this research contains the explanation of facts that I gct in doing research and then I make an analytical study. As the conclusion, this study will show how the supportive behavior of the nursemaid can build the abandcmed chfidren's needs are not only place to live. Love, care and facilities do belp them to recognize their abfiity and selfconfidence to live in society.
