Abstract
Untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan khususnya Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah (KPPD) di Kabupaten Bantul ada baiknya segera membenahinya terutama dalam variabel responsiveness mengenai komplen Customer terhadap pegawai dalam pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor dan Kecepatan petugas melayani customer dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor.
