Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh indosat M2 Yogyakarta dalam meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dengan strategi bauran promosi (promotion mix) yang meliputi bauran periklanan,bauran promosi penjualan, bauran hubungan masyarakat, bauran pribadi dan bauran pemasaran langsung.
