Abstract

Pimpinan Komisariat Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Fakultas Teknik Universitas
Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (PK IMM FT UMY) is an autonomous organization under
Muhammadiyah Organization at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. in running
the wheels of the organization, PK IMM FT UMY held a meeting for coordination and
communication between its members. Regarding meeting management, the secretary has the
responsibility to lead and share meeting information to all members of the organization.. In
sharing meeting information, the secretary uses conventional instant messaging applications
such as WhatsApp and Line. In the use of instant messaging applications there are problems
such as the sinking of meeting information messages that must be sent repeatedly and the
writing form is not available for meeting information messages. To prevent this problem, an
application called "Merapat !!!" was developed, which aims to solve the sinking of meeting
information messages and provides a special writing form for meeting information messages.
Application development "Merapat!!!" using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
with the fountain model method which is an increase or improvement of the logic of the
waterfall model, the stages in the fountain model include interview, analysis, requirement
specification, design, coding, testing. Then the supporting tools in developing Android
applications using Android Studio and Firebase, Android Studio is used in Frontend
development and Firebase is used to take care of the Backend. For application testing using
the Black Box Testing method, after testing the results of the research it is known that the
application "Merapat !!!" function properly, these results are proven by the application can
send meeting information messages to the user, the application prevents the sinking of
meeting information messages, the application provides a special input form feature for
writing meeting information. Based on the previous explanation, it can be concluded that this
research has met the specified goal research.
