Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Return On Assets (ROA) , Firm Size, Growth to the
Dividen Policy which is moderated by Dividen Payout Ratio on conventional banking companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013- 2018. The subjects of this study are
conventional banking companies which distributed dividends in the 2013- 2018 period. In this
study, a sample of 240 in a period of 6 years.the type of data used is secondary data using the
documentation method obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study using
multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it is
obtained that Return On Assets (ROA), and Growth have no effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.
While the Firm Size and Cash Ratio variables have a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.
