INTISARI
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi, motivasi organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah melalui good governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang melakukan tugas pokok dan fungsi pada Badan yang terdapat dalam Sekertariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Klaten. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 66 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan regresi berganda menggunakan program SPSS.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah. Komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi tidak bepengaruh positif terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi organisasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja aparat pemerintah, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi mampu menurunkan kinerja aparat pemerintah, Good Governance memoderasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja aparat pemerintah, dan Good Governance tidak memoderasi hubungan antara komitmen organisasi,dan motivasi organisasi terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Motivation, And Organizational Culture towards officials performance of local government using good governance as a moderating variable. The subject in this study was employees who perform duties and functions of the Board are contained in the Regional Secretariat in Klaten. In this study, sample of 66 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS.
Based on analysis that have been made the result that motivation organization have a positive and significant influence on the officials performance of local government. Commitment organization and culture organization not have a positive and significant influence on the officials performance of local government. Interaction between organizational Culture and good governance have a positif on the officials performance of local government. Interaction between organizational Commitment and good governance, organizational motivation and good governanve have a negative on the officials performance of local government.
