Abstract

Muslimah is being mysterium fascinosum. They are full of
mystery, less understood and is often misinterpreted. In Islam, a
Muslimah is one subject that gets serious attention. In the Qur'an itself
there are discussions of various issues of femininity in over 10 suras.
Analysis of the theory of Muslimah careers of (a) the theory of
hegemony that is used to dissect and identificaty factors that contribute
to a Muslim, (b) the theory of structural functionalism starting four
important functions, namely adaptation, goal attainment, integration,
and latency or maintenance pattern, and (c) perceptions about gender
theory links between gender in employment.
The purpose of this study was to (1) parse the general picture of
Muslim careers, (2) identify factors intrapersonal (including selfconcept and self-reliance) that act, (3) to identify the environmental
factors (including family, coworkers, and community) that play a role,
(4) determine the role of gender equality, (5) determine the
intrapersonal factors and environmental factors that play a role in the
achievement of Muslimah indirectly career through gender equality.
Research approaches mixed methods or mixed methods that
combine quantitative approach (using path analysis) and qualitative.
Mixed method approach was used in an effort to further deepen the
analysis and conclusions.
The results of the study illustrate that Muslimah intrapersonal
factors career that includes self-concept by 7.2% (negative effect), the
independence of the career of 19.9% Muslimah and environmental
factors such as career Muslimah against Muslimah family support
career of 10.4%, support the work of the Muslimah friend careers by
10.6%, and the Muslimah community support for the career of 30.3%
(negative support). This marks a career that Muslimah in Gunung
supported by factors that play a role.
Muslimah career has a dual role; in addition to acting as a
Muslim himself, wife, housewife, also demanded his role as a Muslim
careers in organizations, in communities, in institutions, agencies, and
even in companies, factories, and other forms of career. Various
dynamics within Muslimah psychology careers, such as self-concept
and self-reliance.
Among the factors intrapersonal and environmental factors,
environmental factors most instrumental in achieving Muslimah career
mediated by gender equality, this proves that Muslimah's career in addition to implementing its obligations as a wife, mother, and
community leaders in social organization, are also required to develop a
career in the field of political, educational, economic and other fields.
This role provides the same position between men and women in career
development.
Muslimah career are always running leadership combines the
concept of Islamic leadership approach to preaching, congregational
prayers at dawn every morning in various places by turns, listen and
absorb the aspirations of people in rural areas can be considered as a
leader topo Broto. B is a person who has a unique Gunungkidul Regent
is successfully leading the Gunung during his five years as Vice Regent
then five years as regent and was elected again became regent for the
period 2015-2020, is the figure of Muslimah B career successfully
perform religious reconstruction ie configuration Islamic leadership,
leadership transformamasional and Java leadership with local wisdom.
