KEBIJAKAN TRUST BUILDING PROCESS PRESIDEN PARK GEUN HYE DALAM UPAYA REUNIFIKASI SEMENANJUNG KOREA

Sejak terpilih sebagai Presiden ke-11 Republik Korea, Park Geun-Hye memilih untuk menggunakan kebijakan Trust Building Process sebagai langkah utama dalam penyelesaian konflik Semenanjung Korea dan mencapai proses reunifikasi. Kebijakan ini juga mengundang banyak perhatian karena kebijakan ini diterapkan berdasarkan konsep kepercayaan yang sebelumnya belum pernah diterapkan di pemerintahan sebelumnya. Selain itu, kepribadian Park Geun-Hye yang mencintai perdamaian dan menghindari konflik juga menjadi harapan bagi elemen masyarakat Korea dan dunia akan keberhasilan dari kebijakan ini. Konsep kebijakan berbasis kepercayaan ini mendapatkan dukungan dari dalam pemerintahan dan negara kerjasama Korea Selatan. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang pilihan Presiden Park Geun-Hye menggunakan kebijakan Trust Building Process sebagai salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan reunifikasi semenanjung Korea yang telah lama memiliki hubungan yang penuh dengan konflik dan saling tidak percaya.
Abstract
Since elected as the 11th President of the Republic of Korea, Park Geun-Hye set Trust Building Process policy as a key step in conflict resolution of the Korean Peninsula and achieve the reunification process. This policy is applied based on the concept of trust. This policy also invited a lot of attention because this policy is based on the concept of trust that had not been implemented in the previous administration. In addition, Park Geun-Hye personality who loves peace and avoiding conflict is also a hope for Korean Peoples and the international community for the success of this policy. The concept of trust-based policy is getting support from the state government and South Korean. This paper aims to explain the preference of President Park Geun-Hye use policy Trust Building Process as one way to realize the reunification of the Korean peninsula that has long had a relationship full of conflict and mistrust.
