Abstract
The undergraduated examines the factor influence Nicholas Sarkozy policies towards immigrant in France. France has one of European Union country that have problems on immigrant. Nicolas Sarkozy establish more restrictive migration policies in France. This article will explain the factor influence Nicolas Sarkozy migration policy. For based this article using the theory foreign policy by K.J.Holsti with the result that Nicolas Sarkozy establish “Law on Immigration control, Integration and Asylum”.
