Abstract

*184 apan foreign policy towards India is affected by domestic policy and
international environment. Japan strengthening their relations with India in
economic fields in 2012, who’s not even their strategic partner before. They signing
new cooperation and set high investment to India. Japanese companies also rising
a number to enter India to builds a factory and ready to competing in this market.
The fact that India has a lot of potential that attract Japanese government
to strengthen their cooperation. Became one of strategic partnership, would make
India receives more investment and trade export from Japan. It is an effort from
Japanese government to increase the economic stagnancy that still continuing over
two decade.
