The Difference Accuracy of Fetal Weight Estimation by Johnson Formula on Pregnant Women in Good and Poor Nutrient Based on Mother Upper Arm Circumference

Fetal weight estimation is important during pregnancy because intrauterine fetal growth is not constant, fast on the early of pregnancy then slow on the end of pregnancy. It is associated with an increased risk of maternal and newborn complications during labor such as low birth weight and excessive fetal weight. The mother by good nutrient will have beaky baby. The healthy mother will deliver healthy baby. One of factor that influence of health mother is nutrient statue. In this research the nutrient statue is measured by upper arm circumference. The aim of this research is to know the difference accuracy estimation of fetal weight by Johnson formula and actual neonates weight of pregnant woman in good and worse nutrient based on upper arm circumference of mother. This research is non experimental study with cross sectional approach. Amounts of 30 pregnant women inpartu are taken from delivery clinic in Yogyakarta that appropriate with inclusions and exclusion criterias. Statistic analyses that will be used is chi square analysis. From analysis data, the results studies show that for the factor which influence is from nutrient statue p=0.603 )›.0,05); OR-1,6 (OR> 1), The conclusion of this study is there is no significance difference between good nutrient statue of pregnant woman and poor nutrient statue of pregnant Homan.
