Abstract
Leptospirosis is an infection that happen in animal that cause contact with leptospira. This infection can also happen in human, usually direct contact consequence with water or another substance that contaminate with animal feces. Mouse, wild animal, dog, pig and livestock animal is a main factors infection in human. This research have an aim to describe, the result of hepar function in Leptospirosis patient. This research use retrospektif descriptive study method with cross sectional approachment. This research conducted by descripting the data of SGOT and SGPT levels in Leptospirosis patient. Data has been analyze with descriptive test that showed in table form. The result of this research is obtained percentage of Leptospirosis patient's based sex, highest is male (55,6%). Percentage of Leptospirosis patient's based age group, highest is productive age, that is 20-40 years old (43,3%) and 41-60 years old (43,3%). Percentage of examination result of SGOT level are, 83,3% above normal value, mean 77,7 Unit/Liter and SD (Std. Deviation) 77,8 Unit/Liter. Meanwhile, percentage of examination result of SGPT level are, 72,2% above normal value, mean 76,7 Unit/Liter and SD 2,89 Unit/Liter. Conclusion of this research is obtained the improvement of SGOT and SGPT levels or hepar function disorder at 66,7 % Leptospirosis patient's
