Abstract
PT. Tunas Madukara Indah II is company that process Sengon wood with mechanization process into Finger Joint Laminated Board and Barecore. Pandemic Covid-19 in Indonesia and all goverment policy due to press the spread of the Covid-19 virus makes affect to company productivity also makes alot company cuts their worker or employee. This studyaim to understand 1) Legal compliance employee right who is cut off due Covid-19 pandemic and 2) to know detention factor compliance to fill employee rignts who is cut due to pandemic. Problem formulation on this study is 1) How legal comlpliance to fill the employee right who has cuts due to pandemic Covid-19 in PT. Tinas Madukara Indah II Wonosobo? and 2) What the detention factor to fill the employee right for the employee right in PT. Tunas Madukara Indah II Wonosobo? the type of research is legal empirical with analisys data technique. The result of this study is the legal compliance about employee rights has done with preventiv method according to Indonesian law and represif free to choose litigation or non-litigation way. The defection factor is worker jobs too heavy, company's lost income and there is no union labour in the company, also local govermeny policy called PPKM due to Red Zone and Black zone Covid-19 status.
