Abstract
Background: The condition of women during menopause causes many changes that occur in their lives that have an impact on physical, psychological, social relationships, and the environment. These conditions can be related to the severity of symptoms at menopause and Oral Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL). Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which was felt by members of the chronic disease management program (PROLANIS) group Pratama Firdaus Clinic, Yogyakarta. Aim of the research: The provide an overview of menopause symptoms and Oral Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL) in menopausal women of PROLANIS Pratama Firdaus Clinic Yogyakarta during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research used is descriptive observational with crosssectional design. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique of 37 people. The research subjects were postmenopausal women aged ≥ 45 years in the Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) group at the Pratama Firdaus Clinic. Result: This study used the Menopausal Rating Scale (MRS) and Oral Health Impact Profile-14 (OHIP-14) questionnaire instruments with frequency data distribution analysis. The results of the MRS questionnaire showed that most of the respondents did not complain of symptoms during menopause (89.2Based on OHIP-14 questionnaire show that most respondents have a good quality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic (83.8%). Conclusion: Menopausal women at the Pratama Firdaus Clinic Yogyakarta do not feel symptoms during menopause and have a good quality of Oral Health-Related Quality of Life during the COVID-19 pandemic.
