The determination of the eruption status of permanent teeth was carry out by scoring each tooth of 16, 26, 36, 46, 31, and 41. Mann Whitney test were used to analyze the data in this study. The results of this study showed that 36 and 46, had significance values of 0.000 (p<0.05) and 16 had a significance value of 0.010 (p<0.05), these means that there was a difference in the tooth eruption status between boys and girls aged 6-7 years. Different results were shown in 26, 31, and 41 with a significance value of 0.065 (p>0.05) in 26; 0.090 (p>0.05) in 31; and 0.143 (p>0.05) in 41 which were showed that there was no difference in the tooth eruption status between boys and girls aged 6-7 years. The conclusion of this study was there were differences in the tooth eruption status of the maxillary right first molar, mandibular right first molar, and mandibular left first molar between boys and girls aged 6-7 years.
