TINGKAT KEJADIAN STOMATITIS AFTOSA REKLUREN PADA WANITA AWAL PUBERTAS USIA 13-14 TAHUN (KAJIAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN MTS MA'AHID KUDUS)

Background: The 2018 RISKESDAS results show that the prevalence of the Indonesian population experiencing stomatitis is 2.8%. The most common oral disease found in the community is Recurrent Aphthous Somatitis (SAR), in general commonly known as thrush. The etiology of SAR is unknown, but several predisposing factors including genetics, stress, nutritional deficiencies, trauma, and hormonal changes, are that often associated related with SAR. Objective: Finding out the incidence of recurrent aphthous stomatitis in early puberty women aged 13-14 years at the MTS Ma'ahid Islamic Boarding School in Kudus. Methods: This research is observational descriptive study with prospective cohort research design. This research is conduct at the Pondok Pesantren MTS Ma'ahid Kudus from September 2020 to March 2021. The study involving 86 subject with nonprobability total sampling. Results: The number of occurance SAR of children aged 13 is 82 cases with 56 subjects and the number of SAR of childern aged 14 is 24 cases with 33 subjects. Conclusion: The incidence of SAR in women at the age of 13 puberty is 82 cases (65,3%) and the incidence of SAR in woman of early puberty at the age 14 is 24 cases (34,7%).
