Abstract
There are several factors that may affect the performance of lecturers which are job satisfaction, work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of lecturers with work motivation on Accounting Lecturers in Muhammadiyah Higer Education on the island of Java. The variables studied were job satisfaction (X1), work environment (X2), organizational culture (X3), work motivation (Z), and lecturer performance (Y). This study uses a purposive sampling technique which is used to collect quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaire data on Accounting Lecturers in Muhammadiyah Higher Education which is then analyzed using the PLS version 3 software application. The result show that job satisfaction and organizational culture has positive significant on work motivation, work environment has negative significant on work motivation. Job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational culture has positive significant on job performance. Work motivation has negative significant on job performance. Work motivation does not have a role in mediating the influence job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational culture on job performance.
