Abstract
Bank Syariah is a Bank that carries out its business activities based on Sharia Principles and according to its type consists of Sharia Commercial Bank and Sharia People's Financing Bank. In providing a service to the community, Bank Syariah in its business activities is in the form of raising funds, disbursing funds, and other banking service providers. Savings is one of the most desirable products by the community, especially in Hajj savings. Hajj savings itself is a form of service contained in banking that aims to be able to facilitate the community in planning savings to perform hajj. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Cirebon is a Sharia bank that has Hajj savings products, where hajj savings products contained in BSI are two Indonesian Hajj Savings and Haji Muda Indonesia Savings. People can choose hajj savings in BSI. Haji Muda Indonesia Savings Product is one of the flagship products of BSI KC Cirebon where this product is intended for young people under the age of 17 who want to register for hajj. This research is focused on the strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cirebon Branch Office in the management of Indonesia's young Hajj savings products in 2021. The purpose of the research is to find out the strategy carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Cirebon in the management of Haji Muda Indonesia Savings products and to find out the implementation procedures in Haji Muda Indonesia savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Cirebon. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods using key informat sampling as an informant retrieval technique, as well as data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is product strategy according to Fandy Tjiptono, namely product postioning strategy, product repositioning strategy, product overlap strategy, product scope strategy, product deasin strategy, new product start-up, and value-marketing strategy. The results of the study found that BSI KC Cirebon's strategy in the management of Indonesia's young Hajj savings products is 1. Positioning Indonesia's young Hajj savings products; 2. Differentiation of service systems; 3. Facilitate the Opening of Indonesian Hajj Savings; 4. Types of Akad Used in Indonesian Young Haji Tabunga Products; 5. Marketing Strategy.
