Abstract
Incubation is a tool used to heat a sample, where it works on the basis of a heater. Incubation also has many types depending on the one used in the laboratory and the sample tested. The use of incubation is needed, especially after centrifuge. Centrifuge with incubation based on microcontroller and IoT aims to create microcontroller-based incubation where this tool will work automatically and monitored temperature readings as determined using the method of taking blood first new in the inkubsi and also the results of the examination must be done monitoring manually i.e. the user checks the temperature condition whether stable or not. This research aims to create an incubation tool that is useful to facilitate users or laboratory personnel in monitoring the temperature conditions of the tool. The final results of this study are expected to help health workers, especially in the field of laboratories in blood testing and with this the author also expects the work of the tool can be optimal, efficient and accurate by utilizing smartphones used to monitor or monitor temperature
