Abstract
The infrared thermometer's innovation is to measure the temperature of an object without touching it using a proximity sensor and sound output from the measurement. Because it avoids direct contact with the body, this method produces values in less time and helps minimize the spread of viral infections. Additionally, the sound output can assist blind individuals in hearing the results of body temperature measurements to evaluate health issues. The scientists created an infrared thermometer with a sound output innovation and a detection range of 1 to 5cm in this investigation. The MLX90614 sensor of the object will detect infrared energy radiation. This thermometer has the maximum average error value of 0.13°C, which is less than 1°C, according to the test. The sound output may also be clearly heard in accordance with the temperature value, with sound accuracy of 100 percent based on the measurement findings. Based on the results of these tests, it can be stated that the infrared thermometer innovation's results are usable.
