Abstract
Spray Boot Painting is a closed room where the painting process with a filtered air circulation system so that the room is awake from dirty air. This room is also equipped with a water circulation system that aims to disappear the remaining paint particles so that the bias falls into circulating water, in addition this room is equipped with a venting system that aims to make the temperature of paint vening meet standards. In designing this spray boot painting there are several stages from starting to determine the dimensions of the room by measuring the room to be designed. The results of spray booth design is made using sketchup pro 2014 software, the design that has been made is in the form of a 2-dimensional and 3- dimensional design, which has an exterior size with a building length of 600 cm, a width of 550 cm, a room height of 300 cm, and in the room equipped with a water circulation channel located in the middle floor of the room with a length of 500 cm, width of 230 cm, for the dimensions of water flow measuring 500 cm x 50 cm for the south and north while the western and eastern parts measure 130 cm x 80 cm. For the placement of heating lights placed on the sides of the wall amounting to 6 pieces with installations within 100 cm of the ceiling so that the heating process is more evenly distributed, For the placement of lighting lights using fluorescent lights amounting to 56 pieces, with lamp sizes of 120 cm and 60 cm, the placement of exhouse fans here is placed in the west and east and 2 more at the top, untuk ukuran exhous fan diameter baling–baling 40 cm , untuk ukuran rangka 50 x 50 cm dan tebal 25cm.
