Abstract
The use of letters of the alphabet for blind people is very important. In addition, the loss of visual function requires training to develop the sense of touch. In order to make it easier to recognize the letters of the alphabet for blind people, a tool is made to make it easier for blind people to learn and recognize Braille with simple and automatic media and easy to carry everywhere. However, from the various existing innovations, there is one condition that is very much needed for its use for blind people, namely in the form of a letter recognition tool with an Arduinobased automatic braille system using the Arduino Mega2560 as the main control tool. In addition to this, if you use 6 servo motors as a medium, the dots will appear in a braille pattern. The servo motor is controlled by the Arduino Mega2560 which will give the command to open or close the supply to the motor, when the button switch is pressed. With the DF module, blind players can learn to recognize braille with the help of their voice independently. From the results of testing tools for recognizing braille with an automatic system, it was found that the servo motor issued a point in the form of braille letters and was able to work (successfully) plus emitted the appropriate sound when the push button was pressed by the blind person.
