Abstract
The design of High Flow Nasal Cannula with flow rate parameters is an oxygen distribution tool to be able to help patients who have problems with the respiratory system. Tool with parameters of oxygen concentration and flow rate (air flow) that can be adjusted according to user needs. With the working principle of the tool that uses an oxygen mixing system in the chamber to get the oxygen concentration needed in therapy and the flow rate can be adjusted manually. By utilizing the Figaro KE-25 oxygen sensor for oxygen concentration, the FS300A for the flow rate sensor and the MPX 7500AP pressure sensor for measuring the pressure in the chamber. The data generated from the sensor is then processed by the Minimum System Arduino ATMega 328p. While the mechanical settings of the tool use the MOSFET IRF520 driver to activate the pneumatic valve which is commanded by the Arduino Nano Minimum System then the results obtained will be displayed on the LCD display. The test method used is to compare the results obtained by the tool module with a comparison tool fluke VT305 gas flow analyzer. By testing 10 times for each setting mode, both oxygen concentration from 20%-100% and flow rate from 10L/Min to 60L/Minute, it was found that the results were still within the tolerance limit, namely ± 5%
