PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN BERBASIS APLIKASI JOGJAPLAN DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2019-2020

Regional development is one of the uses of available resources to be able to increase the role for real community welfare, both in terms of income, employment opportunities, access to policy making, as well as increasing the human development index. Regional Development Planning is one form of the process of compiling the stages of activities that can involve various elements of stakeholders in it, useful for utilizing and allocating existing resources in order to improve social welfare in a regional/regional environment within a certain period of time. (Rahmawati, 2019). Regional planning is now based on information technology. Because the theoretical basis of IT can provide very good efficiency. One area that has implemented an egovernment system in government agencies is the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The implementation of e-government in DIY is part of the development of Jogja Cyber Province. And Bappeda DIY made a planning application, namely jogjaplan. This jogjaplan application is very effective and efficient to ease the tasks and functions of Bappeda itself. In the jogjaplan application, the community can find out what development plans will be implemented and for the budget it can be seen from the jogjaplan application. Then in the jogjaplan application, the community is also given space to participate through the community proposal form. The community can provide suggestions and input for better development planning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used are interviews and documentation. Data obtained from Bappeda DIY as the initiator in the application jogjaplan and the people who participate in the application jogjaplan. This study resulted in a finding that there was a lack of socialization to the community so that only a few people participated in the application of Jogjaplan development planning.
