Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of Kampung Siaga Covid-19 to minimize the spread of Covid-19 virus in Jomboran village, Central Klaten. By using qualitative methods through interviews to the village government and the research community found there is still a spike in cases of Covid-19 from 2020 to 2021 in Jomboran. the progrm became passive even though it has transformed into micro PPKM due to programs that are supposed to increase participation but not participatory plus government commitments that make this program increasingly neglected to the extent of ceremonial formation. So through research conducted this program is not effective to reduce the rate of spread of the virus at the village level which is an important guard of education as well as the handling of Covid-19 in the community.
