Then, there are foreign policy differences between Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump regarding the threat of ISIS terrorism. Lastly, there is a difference in perception between President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump which gave rise to the concept of social and political background to the threat of ISIS terrorism.
