PANDANGAN POLITIK EKONOMI ISLAM TAQIYUDDIN AN NABHANI TERHADAP PENANAMAN MODAL ASING CHINA PADA SEKTOR TAMBANG DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2010-2020

This paper aims to evaluate Chinese foreign investment in Indonesia through the concept of Islamic political economy Taqiyuddin an Nabhani. One of the capitals used by the Indonesian state to achieve economic development is the form of foreign investment. China is in the position of the third largest country that invests foreign capital in Indonesia. In investment according to Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani, the principles of Islamic economic politics are carried out on the principle of ownership, use of ownership, and the concept of distribution of wealth based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Not all types of investment are allowed in Islam, so the author wants to further evaluate Chinese foreign investment in Indonesia in terms of Islamic political economy. This study uses a secondary qualitative method obtained by data collection techniques library research (library research). The data sources used are books by Taqiyuddin An Nabhani and additional reviewers. Based on this evaluation, it was found that the Islamic view according to Taqiyuddin An Nabhani regarding Chinese foreign investment in the general ownership sector in Indonesia in the mining sector uses contracts that fall into the syirkah category. In a syirkah contract, according to An-Nabhani, there must be a manager, or a party that runs a business or business directly, with the aim of making a profit. According to Taqiyuddin An Nabhani, the object of Chinese Foreign Investment in Indonesia from an Islamic perspective is the mining sector which is included in the general ownership management category, which must be in the hands of the state whose management is solely for the benefit of the community
