Abstract
This study aims to determine a model of the Purbayan Lurah Transformational leadership style in the GOGROK COVID-19 Program as an effort to break the chain of the COVID-19 pandemic in Purbayan Village. The research methodology used is a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach and primary data collection techniques through interviews with the Purbayan village head, secretary, and the Health division of the Gogrok Covid-19 program to obtain information about the performance and leadership of the lurah and his subordinates, as well as secondary data with archives. data on the Gogrok Covid-19 program and village archives such as public documents related to case studies. Based on the results of this study, from the four transformative indicators, it can be explained that the Purbayan urban village head has transformative leadership because it has been included in the four indicators such as idealized influence (or charismatic influence) where the Purbayan Lurah can understand the vision & mission of the Gogrok Covid-19 program so that it can be included in the top 21 the best innovation, not only that the lurah inspires, motivates and modifies his subordinates to achieve certain goals which are of course in the characteristics of inspirational motivation, then the lurah also has intellectual stimulation which increases the intelligence of his subordinates for creativity and innovation in themselves, so that it can improve rationality and careful problem solving, and can be said to be transformational because the primeval lurah gives personal attention and treats each of his staff individually as i is an individual with different needs who are included in the characteristics of individualized consideration, so that the lurah is able to assist and provide monitoring to his subordinates.
