FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIVITAS SATGAS COVID KABUPATEN BANTUL DALAM PENANGGULANGAN PANDEMI COVID-19 TAHUN 2021

This research is about Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of the Bantul Regency Covid-19 Task Force in Overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic. Data on the increase in confirmed cases of Covid in DIY as of September 5, 2021 accumulated 169,324 of them, 53,175 sleman district, 17,465 Gunungkidul district, 21,995 kulonprogo district, 55,371 sleman district, Yogyakarta city 21,318. On September 6, 2021, 198 were added, including Sleman 59, Gunung Kidul 20, Kulonprogo 17, Bantul 85, and Yogyakarta 17. (DIY Health Office, 2021). The data above shows that Bantul district is an area with a high number of COVID-19 cases The research method used is the qualitative method. Where the difference in this research is the research location where the researcher conducts research in Bantul Regency. Sources of data used are primary data in the form of interviews and documentation. This Research Uses 4 Variables from Denishon & Mirsha in Measuring Effectiveness, namely , Participation, Adaptation, Mission Effectiveness, and Consistency. Each of these variables has an indicator in measuring the effectiveness of the Bantul Regency Covid-19 Task Force in dealing with the pandemic. This study also has 1 Problem Formulation, namely: What are the Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of the Bantul Regency Covid-19 Task Force in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic?. The conclusion of this research is that the Bantul Regency Covid-19 Task Force in Handling the Covid-19 Pandemic in Bantul Regency which greatly affects its effectiveness is the Participation Variable because in this Covid-19 Task Force from the Regional level to the Village level they participate in each other by conducting socialization, training related to Covid-19 prevention. -19, while the Mission Variable did not go well because the Vision section did not exist, and only focused on a goal for the formation of the Covid-19 Task Force.
