At the same time, the adaptation of online learning system has downside per se on each individual's psychological condition. Hence, the purpose of this study is to identify the association between stress and the learning achievement of Medical Students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta during the period of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This quantitative study used descriptive analytical methods, a cross-sectional approach with pre- post study design using samples of 332 students from the third year (2018), second year (2019), and first year (2020) that utilized the DASS 42 set of questions in Google Form as the research instrument. The data was analyzed using numerical calculation from SPSS that assessed Normality Test with Kolmogorov-Smimoy, Correlation Test with Pearson (normal distribution) and Wilcoxon Differential Test. It was obtained that there was no significant relationship statistically, yet there was a clinical correlation between the level of stress on the achievement level of Medical Students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta both before the pandemic and after entering the period of the COVID19 pandemic with P value of 0.510 from Pearson Test and Wilcoxon test was obtained a P value of 0.445.
