Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the quality of governance in the medical service sector of the PKU Muhammadiyah Wates Primary Clinic and to provide recommendations on improving the quality of governance in the medical service sector of the PKU Muhammadiyah Wates Primary Clinic. This research is a disciplined comparative research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews with predetermined informants through nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. Researchers collect data using a Likert scale and record the information obtained in written form. The results of this study indicate that the level of implementation of the elements of structure, skill, style, and share value is quite maximal because it is able to carry out and show indicators that should exist in the field of medical services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Wates Primary Clinic, while the level of implementation of the elements of strategy, system, and staff less than optimal because it has not been able to run and show several indicators that should exist in the field of medical services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Wates Primary Clinic. So there are recommendations regarding the SOP for the preparation of strategic plans as an effort to improve the quality of governance in the field of medical services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Wates Primary Clinic.
