Abstract
This research is a kind of quantitative research to examine the effect of job insecurity on the turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of PT. PLN UPMK V Makassar Project Management Center. The sampling technique in this study uses a population and has collected as many as 107 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable on the effect of job insecurity on turnover. intention.
