Abstract
Smart government is one of the innovations in the field of government that goes hand in hand with technological developments and aims to facilitate access to services to the community through access to information and effective interaction between government staff and the community. The implementation of smart government is not only centralized from the central agency, but also in various regions such as Cilacap Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence transparency, information quality, and service quality have on the use of smart government: a study on the community of online service users at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cilacap Regency in 2021. This study uses a quantitative method using the Smart-PLS application. . The result of this research is that transparency and quality of information have a positive and significant impact on the use of smart government. Meanwhile, Service Quality has a positive but not significant effect on the use of smart government.
