Abstract
The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the Collaborative Governance strategy in the development of Ekas beach tourism, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency in 2020 (2) to find out the obstacles and support in Collaborative Governance in developing Ekas beach tourism, Jerowaru sub-district, East Lombok district in 2020. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The location of this research was conducted at the location where the research was conducted, which is a coastal tourism area in East Lombok Regency, namely Ekas Beach which is located in Pemongkong Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. Data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data interpretation, and data The results of the analysis show that (1) the Collaborative Governance Strategy in the development of Ekas beach tourism, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency in 2020 can be seen from (a) The reasons for using collaborative governance strategies are based on several reasons, namely, avoiding problems, improving community welfare, improving clean water sources. , opening of new access roads, socio-economic development and tourism development as well as relocation of houses near the shoreline (b) In relation to parties involved in the implementation of the development of Ekas beach tourism, it involves government parties consisting of the Environment Service, Tourism Office, Settlement Service, Department of Housing Transportation and Village Government. The community consists of the community around the coast, pokdarwis and community leaders. While the outside parties involved consist of investors, local entrepreneurs and developers. (c) The collaboration process carried out by the parties is a collaboration between parties so that they can work more efficiently and run harmoniously by minimizing conflict, conducting joint planning and joint decision making through the extension of the government's hand in the community. (2) Regarding obstacles and support, support in collaborative governance can be in the form of community support, public awareness, economic reasons, thinking in line, for the common good. Meanwhile, obstacles in collaborative governance can be in the form of non-transparent information, information that is not conveyed properly, lack of partisanship with the community, lack of coordination, the community does not feel involved, rejection of evictions, differences of opinion, and the absence of a mediator or facilitator.
